By creating an account or using SICR Gaming you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Acceptable use

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech or threats.
• Be honest. Only log runs you actually completed, and report results truthfully.
• Do not post illegal content or spam, and do not try to break or abuse the site.
• Proof links must point to your own videos or videos you have permission to link. We only accept YouTube and Twitch links.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit (usernames, bios, challenges, run details and links). You give SICR Gaming a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display and share that content on the site and in links to it, for as long as it is on the site. You confirm you have the right to submit it.

Moderation

Moderators may approve, reject, edit or remove submissions, and may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. Decisions are made to keep the community tidy and safe, and we may email you about them.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.

Termination

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without promises that it will always be available, error-free or that content on it is accurate. Run results are submitted by users and are not verified by us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SICR Gaming and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from content posted by users or linked from other sites.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. The date above shows the latest version.
